1. Service Agreement

By engaging RockandNock for auto service, you agree to these terms. RockandNock provides professional automotive maintenance and repair services at 117 Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Kuala Lumpur 50470, Malaysia.

2. Service Scope

Services include oil changes, engine diagnostics, brake service, AC repair, and tire maintenance. All work is performed by qualified technicians using appropriate equipment and genuine parts where applicable.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash and digital payment methods. Quotes provided are estimates and may vary based on additional issues discovered during service.

5. Warranty

Work performed carries a 30-day parts and labour warranty. Claims must be reported within 30 days of service completion. Warranty excludes normal wear and customer misuse.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers must disclose known vehicle issues and maintain vehicles properly post-service. RockandNock is not responsible for issues arising from neglect or improper operation.

7. Data & Privacy

Personal data collected for service bookings is processed in accordance with GDPR and Malaysian data protection laws. Data is used only for service delivery and communication. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Cancellation

Appointments may be cancelled with 24 hours notice. Cancellations after work commences incur labour charges. No-shows forfeit 50% of quoted service cost.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, matters fall under Malaysian jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

RockandNock reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued service use constitutes acceptance.
